Anger and Dialectic Behaviour I am not a psychologist, or trained in any form of mental health science. This is a diary of thoughts. From observing an angry person, and in this post writing about their relationship with the truth. Irrationality & Anger In the book "48 rules of power" the author says that we must never let our emotions show, as we lose control, or our power as we can become "readable". This I view as absolute tosh. In loving environment it is fine to let you emotions flow, but when let anger flow be sure to recognise that you will very likely be irrational at the same time. In observing an angry person, I have noticed that as the anger grows, the grip on truth is weakened. With exaggerations, false accusations, mis-rememberings, and unconventional opinion are far more likely to be offered by means of defence or attack, as ager levels grow.
