Nigel Farage - Russian Puppet?

Introduction The question of whether Nigel Farage , the former leader of the UK Independence Party (UKIP) and a central figure in the Brexit campaign , is a Russian puppet has gained traction amid revelations about Russian interference in European politics. The case of Nathan Gill , a former UKIP Member of the European Parliament (MEP) who was paid by Russian entities to promote pro-Russian narratives , provides a useful benchmark for assessing Farage’s role. This report synthesizes available evidence, including financial payments, political statements, and geopolitical context, to evaluate the probability that Farage has acted as a Russian puppet, either wittingly or unwittingly. Evidence of Nathan Gill’s Paid Pro-Russian Activities Nathan Gill, a former UKIP MEP, was exposed in 2018 for receiving payments from Russian entities to promote pro-Russian narratives. Anger and Dialectic Behaviour

Anger and Dialectic Behaviour  I am not a psychologist, or trained in any form of mental health science. This is a diary of thoughts. From observing an angry person, and in this post writing about their relationship with the truth.  Irrationality & Anger  In the book "48 rules of power" the author says that we must never let our emotions show, as we lose control, or our power as we can become "readable". This I view as absolute tosh. In  loving environment it is fine to let you emotions flow, but when let anger flow be sure to recognise that you will very likely be irrational at the same time.  In observing an angry person, I have noticed that as the anger grows, the grip on truth is weakened. With exaggerations, false accusations, mis-rememberings, and unconventional opinion are far more likely to be offered by means of defence or attack, as ager levels grow.  Dialectic Behavioural Therapy  Dialectic Behavioural Therapy as I understand it, is a ta...

How Does Anger Affect Mental Health?

How Does Anger Affect Mental Health? I am not an expert, but I do have an angry wife. She shouts a lot. She is angry, because her Dad was angry. Her Dad was Angry because her Grandmother was angry. They say anger grows out of entitlement. All three generations are / were entitled. Where does this feeling of entitlement come from? That is another good question. Affect on Others If anger persists, then others in the house will become angry, if it is shown that anger “works”. I am very careful to make sure that my wife gains nothing from her anger. If she angrily insists I tidy something up, it will remain there until I am asked politely. In this way I hope that my kids will not observe anger being used to effect a result. Anger also invalidates. If a child drops a glass of water, and is shouted at as a consequence, then dropping a glass of water becomes serious problem (when it actually isn’t) if this is repeated for other minor problems, then the child will quickly start to avoid doing...
